    · The preferential prices are only for students who stay at least for one semester (about 140 days). Students who shorten their duration to less than one semester must pay the original prices.
    · Total room fee for one semester (about 140 days) must be paid when checking in at the hotel.
    RMB 300 of key deposit must be paid when check-in. With the receipt, RMB 300 of key deposit is refundable when check-out.
    · Internet (LAN) is available in rooms and students apply for it to the Informatization Office of Shanghai Normal University with their student ID cards. RMB 40 per month.
    · There is a public laundry room in the hotel. The laundry card is RMB 65 per card including the deposit RMB 15, which can be bought at the reception desk of the hotel and can be used for 10 times. When returning the card to the reception desk, the deposit RMB 15 is refundable, while the remaining sum is non-refundable.
    · There is a dining hall on the 1st floor and a public kitchen for the international students on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
    · Every room may make free local phone calls up to RMB 70 per month. Any charge exceeding this amount will have to be covered by the student own. Generally speaking, the fee for calling telephone numbers in Shanghai is RMB 0.70 for every three minutes.
    · Every room has an air-conditioner and has free electricity power up to RMB 70 per month. Any charge exceeding this amount will have to be covered by the student own. Generally speaking, the price for one kilowatt-hour is RMB 1.
    · Every roon has a private bathroon and there is no disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. in the room.
